Whiz Kids is a one hour per week tutoring ministry initiated by City Gospel Mission in Cincinnati.  Main Street partners with Reiley Elementary to provide one-on-one tutoring to children who need a little extra help in reading. Tutoring has the power to boost children’s academic scores, create strong readers and improve confidence, but our volunteers become so much more than tutors. They become mentors, friends and positive role models who change the lives of children beyond the classroom. Training and materials are provided; tutors just supply love!  Tutor registration for the 2019-2020 school year will begin this summer.  Interested in serving as a tutor?
