Candidate for

Pastor of Worship & Soul Care

Konnor Pharris

TESTIMONY

I grew up in church my whole life thanks to parents who love Jesus. At the age of 6, I acknowledged my sinful state and my need for a savior, and I accepted Jesus as Lord of my life. Since then, I have continued to be renewed and sanctified to be more like Jesus. I am not perfect but am trying my best to follow Him everyday. At the age of 16 I felt a call to ministry and began serving in worship bands at my church and Christian school. From there the Lord led me to Boyce College to pursue a degree in Worship and Pastoral studies as I wanted to become a worship pastor and glorify God through working in worship ministry. I am so thankful for my time at Boyce. I learned so much about the Lord and as a result I fell more in awe, thankfulness, and love for what Jesus had done for me on the cross. From a personal level, I got engaged, married to my amazing bride Breanne, and we became pregnant during my time there. Two and a half years into my time at Boyce the Lord led me to Phoenix, Arizona through a mentor’s connection to The Church at Arrowhead. I am so thankful for how I’ve grown at TCAA. I became ordained, became a father to our son Bryce, learned how to be a better husband to Bre, and man of God.

Worship Vision

Worship is way more than singing on Sundays. Worship is being in awe of our Lord and His saving grace for us and our desperate need for Him. My vision is to see people transformed and changed by the adoration of our holy God in their everyday life. As well as train up new worship leaders to be sent out and lead in their community.
