Main Street Kids
(1st-5th grades)

Our kid's ministry is for first through fifth grades. It is primarily a parent-led ministry but is also open to any adults who have a heart for teaching, loving and leading children to learn more about the character of God.

Main Street Kids exists as a partnership between parents and Main Street to help equip parents to lead their children toward a relationship with Jesus and to teach them to be obedient followers of Him. We believe this is the primary responsibility of parents and expect parents to be involved in the process.

sunday mornings

Small groups for grade school children meet at 9:30am on Sunday mornings. the adventure begins at Kid's Check-In and then they'll go to the age-appropriate small groups for introductory activities.  Then they meet together for a time of worship and Bible study followed by application activities in small groups.

Main Street children are studying the Bible chronologically using the Gospel Project for Kids curriculum. This three-year curriculum begins in Genesis and works its way to the Revelation. One of the most exciting elements of this curriculum is that it teaches children that the Bible is not just a collection of stories, but one unified story of God's plan to redeem the world by His Son, Jesus. Each week, parents are encouraged to reinforce the lesson using activity sheets and Big Picture cards.
